Great place to catch a quick breakfast. Where the locals eat and avoid high prices and trendy food. You get good food at a reasonable price. Friendly wait staff and good cooks. Have not been here for lunch or dinner so I cannot comment on anything other than breakfast.

My parents have lived in Door County for 13 years. We have tried every restaurant around. And this was the best breakfast we have ever had here. The hash browns were amazing. I loved my country skillet smothered in sausage gravy. I would give it 5 stars but it was pretty pricy for breakfast food. Although it's pretty on point for food in a tourist town. Service was fantastic too.

Perfect place to have breakfast any day and dinner I believe was only Friday and Saturday. We went with our two kids and had a great experience. The waitress was so nice! We kept coming back to Betsy Ross because of the environment and the good food!

Great spot for breakfast! Even when it’s really crowded in Door County, they manage to move them in and out very quickly. Food is very acceptable. Check out the daily specials for best value. Fun to sit up at the bar.

Good food and great staff at reasonable prices

Judging from the reviews, I must've just selected the wrong menu item. My meatloaf dinner was frankly inedible. Absolutely dreadful loaf, ginormous glop of brown gravy, and a side of the worst canned, soggy mixed veggies (90% mushy carrots. That said, my wife's tuna melt was nothing to write home about either. Her fries were decent. :) Friendly wait staff. Other options in town so doubtful we would return.

My wife meet some friends here and there staff is so friendly and on top of things. I never had to ask for refills on coffee or juice or anything else.

Betsy Ross Family Restaurant is a great place to stop to eat on your way into or out of Sturgeon Bay. The food is excellent, the staff is great, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend this restaurant as a good place to eat.

I had the grilled chicken salad. It was very good. The waitress was friendly and would stop back often to refill my coffee and ask if myself pr my guest needed anything else. Pricing is very nice for the amount of food you get. I would recommend family and friends to come here.

On our way from Milwaukee to Bailey's Bay, my husband and I stopped in to eat. This restaurant is now known as Betty Ross Family Restaurant. The staff were nice enough. Probably annoyed because we walked in a little less than an hour before closing, don't blame them. Regardless, the food was great. Fries, shrimp, friend chicken, and curds 100% On fleek. We'll stop in again if we're ever up this way again! NOM NOM

Simple but delicious. Cozy and comfortable. Coffee is amazing (really). I recommend the Country Skillet. Really friendly staff and fast service. Worth stopping!

All around decent place to go for Breakfast if you're on that side of town. Reasonable prices as well (unlike County Kitchen that was originally there).

Always so accommodating to special diets. Being diabetic they allow resonable substitutes for the potatoes and bread. Their chef salad is outstanding. I stop often to get one and it takes me 2 meals to finish it. Service is always excellent.

Absolutely the best restaurant in town. I am always excited to visit. Great cheese selection and chef will let you substitute for American with no trouble. Honestly, skip the inconvenience and lines at the white gull inn and village cafe. If you want a hidden gem, look no further.

We were looking for a nice place to eat and found this place along our way. Fast service, friendly, and good food.

We made a stop here on our way back from our Door County weekend getaway for some Sunday brunch. The staff is very friendly and the food was exactly what I needed to fuel me up for my long drive home.I had the meat lovers skillet and there was just the right amount of meats in there .they used crumbled up sausage which was perfect. The washrooms are nice and clean. Overall, this is definitely a nice place to have brunch if you're in the area.

Great place to eat, family dining. Home cooking and outstanding homemade soups. Wonderful variety everday specials of the day. Service with a smile and they treat you like family!

The jokes from one of the guys working were great. Such a family atmosphere. Stopped here to get a local bite to eat and was so glad we did. Very good food.
